Pernic® Cox is a dietary supplement for dogs to aid joint metabolism in osteoarthritis or as an adjunctive prophylaxis in dogs with a genetic predisposition to the development of osteoarthritis. It consists of water, high-purity olive oil, oil of the New Zealand green-lipped mussel perna canaliculus and vitamin E. The dispenser has a volume of 30 ml and can be precisely dosed in 1 ml increments

At the beginning of the feeding should be fed for at least 14 days as following:

Dogs up to 20 kg     = 1ml/ day

Dogs 20 up to 40 kg   = 2ml/ day

Dogs more than 40 kg     = 3ml/ day

In consultation with the attending veterinarian, the initial dose can be doubled or even tripled. Otherwise, the dosage can usually be cut in half or only every other day after 14 days to 4 weeks. PerNic® Cox should be fed over a period of at least 3 months.
